Bouwer Bosch has been doing incredibly well with his latest musical offering ‘Hopelik’ and, as the year draws to a close, the star has one more single up his sleeve. Bouwer has chosen ‘Verby’ as the next single off the project.

The song is simple in both production and delivery and allows Bouwer to open up without any gimmicks. “The song is about that moment when you want to throw in the towel and get out of a relationship because you think conflict is the end of your love,” the singer explains. “But actually, it’s when you fight with each other, that you fight for each other”

The star teamed up with CrashCarBurn drummer Brendan Barnes for an epic video. “We carried a very heavy Rhodes piano up the mountain to sure we got the most beautiful shots as the sun sets. The next morning, we were up at 5:00 to catch the sunrise,” Bouwer explains. “We wanted something simplistic with this video, something I have not done yet. Usually my videos have storylines with characters, but this time I wanted to keep it clean and basic. The process was different to me because I usually do all my videos myself. It was nice to learn for someone else’s change!”
