If there’s one thing we can always count on Jason Derulo for it’s to bring the hits. 2017 was one of the star’s most successful years to date. ‘Swalla’, his collaboration with Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign, became one of his most successful singles to date and is currently sitting with a staggering 869 million views on YouTube to date while his follow-up single ‘If I’m Lucky’ did reasonably well on stations around the world. Now, Jason is hoping to end the year off with a bang as he released ‘Tip Toe’ – his banging new collaboration with French Montana.

The track serves as the next single off Derulo’s upcoming album ‘777’ which is set to drop next year and ‘Tip Toe’ is another catchy club banger reminiscent of ‘Swalla’. Although the track isn’t incredibly strong from a lyrical standpoint, the impressive production and catchy melodies will ensure that the track is another certified hit for the star and with summer around the corner, it’s the perfect track to release. “Hold tight when you tiptoe. Shake something when you tiptoe. Don’t brace when you push that back. Left, right, do it just like that,” the singer croons over the infectious beat and delivers another party-ready track.

This time, however, Jason plays around with a variety of reggae influences which make for an interesting listen while French Montana delivers a solid rap on the bridge. The star has been building up to his new project all year and it’s set to be one of his best albums to date. Jason understands how to make pop music with hip-hop undertones to ensure crossover success and this track is more proof of this. ‘Tip Toe’ is out now on all major digital platforms.
