It’s radio shuffle season and we’ve already seen some minor changes and additions on various radio stations across the country and now, Relebogile Mabotja has confirmed her departure from her popular slot on 702. The DJ hosted the channel’s ‘Early Breakfast Show’ and will officially be leaving the station at the end of the month to “pursue new opportunities”.
Relebogile joined the station back in 2012 where she started on the overnight show on weekdays and has since grown and developed a captive audience on the popular talk station.
“Relebogile started out as a freelancer in 2012 and then moved on to present Early Breakfast. She became a significant part of the team as the station continued to evolve,” Thabisile Mbethe, 702 station manager says. “Her energy and bubbly personality were a delight to our audience and the 702 team. We wish her well in the future.”
