There’s a brand-new host stepping in as MTV officially renews its popular home video show ‘Most Ridiculous’ for a third season. The series, features the funniest, stupidest and most insane videos packaged together in one hilarious half-hour show, will see internet sensation SuzelleDIY step in as host as the show rebrands itself.

Because SuzelleDIY never rolls alone, she’s normally accompanied by her bestie Marianne, she’ll have a celebrity co-host with her every week to double up on the laughter. Former Springbok coach Peter de Villiers; former television anchor Riaan Cruywagen; comedian Schalk Bezuidenhout and singer Kurt Darren are among some of the celebrities who will join the star as guests hosts throughout the season.

“The show is very light-hearted and jam packed with funny moments that will have you lolling out loud! It’s centered around YouTube clips videos which is right up my alley! And NEVER thought I’d see Amor Vittone do the splits in leather pants or get to sit so close to Kurt Darren. I’m so excited to be getting Most Ridiculous with Comedy Central,” SuzelleDIY tells us about her new gig. “I love what the channel is doing for South African comedy. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to work with the team again on such an awesome show. And I can’t wait to meet (and have a lol) with some of the stunning celebrities and media personalities that they have lined up.”

Dillon Khan, Vice President of Comedy Central Africa and Creative Services at Viacom International Media Networks Africa, says that “Comedy Central is committed to supporting and creating local content. While the videos that will feature on Most Ridiculous will not be local, we wanted to weave a local thread into the format of the show. And what better way to do that than to bring on South Africa’s YouTube extraordinaire SuzelleDIY as the host, as well as have some of South Africa’s most loved and revered celebrities co-host the show with her?” He adds that “We are confident South Africans will love the show because SuzelleDIY is able to bring out the funny, silly and lighthearted side of anyone. Her comedic delivery coupled with our celebrity co-hosts and the YouTube videos promise to ensure that the third season of Most Ridiculous will be the most epic one yet. And you may just get to see Kurt Darren do his best Katy Perry impersonation in a shark onesie.”
